It is also great for your mental health since it helps in reducing stress levels and improving your self-esteem. Do Absolutely Nothing… And Enjoy It
Yes, you heard me right. You can do absolutely nothing and still enjoy it! I know that having a baby can get very stressful, sometimes even frustrating, and often very loud, which is exactly why I’m suggesting that you do nothing. Sitting in silence can be as helpful as any other activity, especially if it makes you feel good, just with your own thoughts. Not everyone can easily just sit and do nothing without getting anxious or bored, so if you are one of them – you are a lucky one!
Even though many new moms think that taking some time just for themselves is just too selfish, this is certainly not true. Remember that you can’t help anyone until you help yourself, so think about that as something that is necessary for you in order to be the best mom in the world.

While doing nothing, I love to have a great cup of coffee or a refreshing beverage.
