Do you always feel like you’re on the go? Don’t have time to sit down to eat in the morning? I have a quick and easy breakfast idea for moms.

Do you always feel like you're on the go? Don't have time to sit down to eat in the morning? I have a quick and easy breakfast idea for moms.My kids just started school yesterday.

And, we had a very busy day on Monday in preparation for the first day of school – haircut for my son, high school orientation, and elementary back to school night / orientation.

I can already feel our schedules filling up very quickly with Girl Scouts’ meetings, football games, homework, and more!

How am I going to get everything done?

I have to confess that I typically don’t eat breakfast. I know, I know. That’s not good. It’s just that I’m running around in the morning getting kids dressed and off to school. Then, I’m hurriedly getting out the door myself. Usually, it’s a couple of mugs of coffee and that’s it. No wonder, I’m ravenous by lunch time!

I just don’t have time to sit down to eat in the morning. I need something I can consume during my commute or easily at my desk.

Naturally, I was excited to hear that this easy breakfast is ready to give me loads of energy. Boy, do I need that!

These are smooth, drinkable yogurts that pack in 10g of protein without any added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or fat. Best of all, it comes in a convenient 7 fl oz bottle you can take anywhere you need to go.

I picked up a couple of 4 packs at Walmart to stock up for all of my on the go occasions throughout the week.

These packages both had a $1.00 off coupon on them. Score!

Everybody is busy these days and we are all trying to find quick solutions to get important nutrients without having to sacrifice time, money, or quality.

Dannon® Light & Fit® and Dannon® Oikos® Nonfat Yogurt Drinks can help solve this solution by providing a portable source of protein, 0% fat and great taste in a convenient portable consumption.

Click here to get an Ibotta offer and save $1.00 when buying the yogurt drinks.

These yogurt drinks are also great snacks. Keep them in your refrigerator at home or at work. It can help you overcome the mid-afternoon slump or re-energize you after working out.

They are ideal for breakfast on the go, an afternoon snack, or a post workout boost.

So, mom… Make some time for yourself. Fuel yourself for an awesome day. No excuses!
