When you find out the good news that there is a little baby growing inside you, it is a very exciting time indeed and you have so much to look forward to. The one thing about caffeine that we all know about is that it is going to keep us awake at night and this is not conducive to good baby health. Every expectant mother needs a proper night’s sleep and your baby needs lots of sleep as well.
- Get some exercise – You’re not going to cause any harm to your baby inside your tummy if you do some exercise. Taking part in exercise helps to keep you regular and if you are experiencing any back pain, then it helps with that as well. Always make sure that you speak with your medical practitioner about what kind of exercises that you would like to be doing during your pregnancy.
