Father’s Day is around the corner and if your dad is a big fan of jokes, you might want to plan something different for him this year. These father's day jokes will have you laughing and learning at the same time. It includes dad wisdom, funny things dads say and conversations with dad to keep you entertained.

While many of us are guilty of being lax with our Father’s Day plans, this year consciously try to do something different to celebrate dad the best way possible – through some hilarious pranks!

If your dad has been a prankster and enjoys getting a good laugh, turn the table on him by pranking him this year! While our usual funny Father’s Day cards are always a wholesome, thoughtful idea that you should go ahead with, pranks serve as a surprise element of fun that are guaranteed to bring a few laughs.

If this is something you think your old man might enjoy, we’ve got just the thing for you.

We’ve put together a list of hilarious pranks to pull on your dad this Father’s Day that are guaranteed to bring about a few laughs for sure!

Let’s get started.

A Slideshow of Embarrassing Memories

Let’s face it, we all have our fair share of embarrassing moments that we wish would forever disappear from everyone’s memory – if only. Your dad might have a few of those too and if you’re looking for a funny prank, here’s the perfect idea – a slideshow of embarrassing memories.

You could start the slideshow with something sweet or sentimental giving him no hint of what is to come next. You could slowly start putting in a few funny images here and there and build to the most embarrassing videos or clips. So, if the memory of when you decided to send poop to him sticks out to you (mainly because of his reaction), be sure to include this in the slideshow. It is bound to make everyone laugh!

Since it’s completely unexpected, he’ll think it’s a thoughtful gesture till the funny clips roll in; it’s sure to be something he’ll laugh over for a while.

Dress Up As Dad Day!

Every dad has a unique dressing style which may be something we may or may not agree with. Irrespective of what anyone thinks, he’ll always make sure to wear similar outfits with confidence we only wish we had. For the perfect Father’s Day prank, you and your family can have a “dress up as Dad day”.

Since you’ll have an idea about what he would wear, you and your family can put together similar outfits or maybe even raid his wardrobe and use his clothes, to dress up the way he would. When he wakes up and comes to the living room, everyone should pretend like everything is normal and nothing is different – it’s just another day.

Try to hold back the laughs and proceed with the day as it is, your dad is definitely going to feel confused and eventually laugh his heart out.

The Good Old Slime Prank

Slime pranks may have gotten a little too common, thanks to a popular TV channel. However, the laughs and shocked reactions people have to this prank makes it worth it. This Father’s Day, shock your dad with a good old slime prank.

Whether you place a tub of slime over a door or the cupboard, find a spot that your father would walk through and time the falling of the slime perfectly so that it doesn’t miss him.

To make things more funny, you could probably say a slime pun or joke that your dad would usually make to increase the hilarious nature of this event. With this, don’t forget to take pictures and frame them as this Father’s Day will be something he’ll always remember.

Consider Switching His Usual Products With Realistic Cake Alternatives

The world of baking has advanced to such an extent that bakers can now produce stunning and extremely realistic cakes that resemble mundane, everyday products.

Whether it is a box of cereal or a bar of soap, consider switching any of the usual products your dad uses with a cake alternative as a Father’s Day prank. He may go on thinking that he’s just following his usual routine only to be surprised by layers of sponge and frosting!

To Sum Up…

Father’s Day is an event that needs to be celebrated and if your dad is somewhat of a jokester, hilarious pranks are the best way to make this occasion special.

Since there are very few people who know your dad as well as you do, you can pick whatever prank you think he’ll fall for to make the day a memorable and special one. With this, don’t forget to take pictures as you’ll definitely want to remember these down the line!
