How To Determine Your Breast Shape To Find Your Perfect Bra

by RAKI WRIGHT

The breast is undoubtedly one of the body parts that most contribute to defining a woman’s beauty, femininity, and sensuality. A beautiful breast helps you feel more confident in yourself and give you greater harmony. A too small or too bulky can cause some women to not accept their bodies.

In this article, we will discuss how to determine breast shape and what type of bra works best for them.

How to determine breast shape: Which one do you recognize yourself in?

The shape of the breast is the work of Mother Nature. Women’s breasts are a timeless asset of seduction. Since the dawn of time, breasts have been synonymous with femininity and sometimes with strength. Every woman has a unique breast.

However, it is possible to group the breasts by categories.

Today, we have decided to focus on the different shapes of breasts, their particularities, and the bras to favor. If you need more information on the best brands, check out the bra reviews posted at Bra-Di-Da.

  • Breasts filled on top

The breasts filled on the top are very feminine breasts that can be magnified by a cleavage. Because they are bulkier on the upper part, they require the wearing of a Balconette Bra. For better support, it is possible to opt for a bra with more coverage. Make sure it is snug and leaves no marks.

  • Breasts full on the bottom

Unlike breasts full on the top, breasts filled on the bottom are larger on their lower part. This type of breast requires suitable support and a bra that will ensure better volume distribution.

  • Apple-shaped breasts

Apple-shaped breasts are currently the favorite breasts of women. They are round, well-proportioned, and allow you to wear any garment. To support them, you should favor the classic underwired bra. Thus, the original shape of the breast will not be changed.

  • Pear-shaped breasts

Pear-shaped breasts have a larger volume on the lower part. They can give the impression of a flat, un-feminine chest. If you have pear-shaped breasts, prefer a bra with molded cups. With or without underwire, the bra should lift the breasts. Sometimes give them back a little volume.

  • Breasts glued

If they are pleasantly proportioned, they allow you to wear all clothing styles and especially any type of bra. If you have this type of breast, definitely take advantage of your ability to wear wireless bras with all-day comfort; these bras are very versatile and can be worn casually, professionally, or for fitness.

  • Open Breasts Spreading

Your breasts are not a big deal. This small defect is quickly erased by wearing a classic bra, with or without underwire.  Push up bras like ones from Victoria’s Secret can give you the perfect amount of lift to shape your chest and give you some cleavage. On the other hand, with such a bust, you will have a lot of difficulty going without underwear. The push-up is also recommended.

  • Sagging breasts

Having sagging breasts is not pleasant. But over time, it is a lot of women. Pregnancies and the loss of skin tone promote sagging breasts. Do not panic! This effect can be countered with a bra for sagging breasts. If you lack volume, opt for padded models. Breadboards are very small breasts. But they can still be highlighted with a good choice of bra. It will give them volume and which at the same time, will underline your femininity.

3 Factors That Determine Your Breast Shape and Size

Your genetic makeup does not only influence the shape and size of your breasts. Most parts of the body reach a definitive size and shape at the end of growth.

The breasts can indeed change in size and shape throughout your life. Here are 3 factors that affect breast size and shape.

  • Your family history affects breast size.

Just as it helps to dictate your hair color or skin tone, your genetic makeup also has an impact on your breast size. This doesn’t mean that you are guaranteed to have a big bang if other members of your immediate family have one. Let’s say this will be more likely for you than for someone with a cup A family history.

However, do not think that your cup size was predestined. Family history is just one indicator among many.

  • Certain weight variations have an impact on breast volume.

Breasts are made up primarily of supporting tissue, fatty tissue, mammary gland, and milk ducts. The distribution of these tissues is unique to each person. Thus, some women have more glandular tissue than breast fat and others the reverse.

If your breasts have a higher concentration of fatty tissue, you will notice an increase in breasts as you gain weight. Having said that, you won’t notice a drastic change if you only change your weight a few pounds.

  • Your exercise routine can improve the tone and size of the breasts.

Regular practice of muscle exercises targeting the pecs can have an effect on the perceived size of the female breast. When your pecs get stronger, your breasts will protrude a bit more than usual. Keep in mind that these exercises will not actually increase the size of your breasts. But they do build the underlying muscles. Thus, the breasts will only appear larger.

Conclusion

The shape of the breast can be related to certain determining personality traits in women. Big, round, small, sagging, the truth is that whatever the shape of our breasts, they can say a lot about us.

So now you know how to determine breast shape. Discover your bust’s shape, and you will be amazed by traits of your personality that are very right with your way of being!
