In case you couldn’t tell, there are some pretty big fans of old school movie monsters at COMET, and no one was more important when it came to making those famous beasts come to life than special effects pioneer Ray Harryhausen. Catch four of his classic films airing this month.

We are, of course, talking about the nightmare-inducing puppet-filled ‘80s fantasy masterpiece known as Labyrinth. It’s one of those rare films that seems to get better each time you watch it.

    We’re still waiting for Charter in Carson City Nevada area to add Comet TV to their line-up. We’ve really been trying. Please step in for us “wanna be” fans!! Then we can pick favorites. Which for me I love ’em all!!

    With that said we just watch Garbage Pail Kids. My husband has never seen it. Did her live under a rock in the 80’s (at least that is what I asked him).
