Looking for easy pumpkin recipes? I have put together a great list of pumpkin recipes including a breakfast, beverages, and desserts.
I thought it would be fun to do a little roundup featuring a few of my very favorite pumpkin recipes from my blogging buddies. I love to share what others are doing, and hopefully you will find some inspiration for your own pumpkin dishes.
Pumpkin Spice Latte with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows:: A Simple Pantry
“What makes this recipe so unique is that instead of taking your ready-made coffee and adding pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, I made a syrup in the classic coffeehouse fashion. By making a syrup, you’re guaranteed to have a stash you can use for far longer than the shelf life of an open can of pumpkin puree. And coming in at 33 calories per tablespoon, it’s not a bad bet either!”
Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins:: Natural Chow
“These pumpkin muffins, slathered with butter and drizzled with a little bit of honey are like a bite of heaven. Pumpkin lovers rejoice! They are super easy to make and can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes. “
Pumpkin Buttermilk Pancakes:: Cookin’ Mimi
“These pumpkin buttermilk pancakes are the traditional fluffy buttermilk pancakes with a hint of pumpkin and spice flavor. The base mix is the same as the regular buttermilk pancake recipe but I’ve streamlined the assembly to make these quicker and easier to make.”
Blue Ribbon Pumpkin Muffins:: I Love My Disorganized Life
“I’ve tried a few of the recipes over the years, but there is one that I keep coming back to year after year. These pumpkin muffins are first place winners in the fruit muffins, quick breads category. I make them every year during the holidays and they are always a big hit. Perfect for any morning- holiday or not.”
Pumpkin Spice Biscotti:: Never Skip Dessert
“So in the spirit of celebrating… I baked biscotti! I had a little leftover pumpkin after making thesePumpkin Millet Muffins last week and for some reason, pumpkin biscotti just wouldn’t leave my mind! So – I set to work last night and made these Pumpkin Spice Biscotti. Oh my goodness, they are absolutely amazing. I used some of the Pumpkin Spice Oil that I got from LorAnn and that you can get on Amazon (see this post about Earl Grey Tea Shortbread for another use for LorAnn Oils!) and gosh, they turned out good! I dipped them in white chocolate (that I had brought back from Madagascar!) and now have a delicious plate of treats!”
Pumpkin Trifle:: Women Living Well
“I brought this dessert to Courtney’s house when she hosted a wonderful Thai meal last week. I had so many ladies come up to me and ask me for the recipe….so here it is! A beautiful, delicious, festive and low-fat (yes, I said it!) dessert for the holidays! This is a recipe I used from my “Taste of Home Entertaining” book. It is the most requested recipe from “Taste of Home’s, Light and Tasty ” magazine.
Pumpkin Breakfast Recipes:: Spaceships and Laserbeams
“Fall is here! What does that mean? Everything’s popping up pumpkin! I’ve rounded up
some of my favorite pumpkin breakfast food recipes like scones, doughnut muffins with maple-cinnamon glaze, and pumpkin spice biscotti. Get ready to make your family happy and your kitchen toasty and tasty this fall with breakfast treats like pumpkin crepes, pancakes, pop tarts and French Toast.”
Pumpkin Doughnuts:: Mess for Less
“Fall is the season when you can find pumpkin everything. Muffins, pancakes, smoothies, and coffee drinks all get a pumpkin kick. I decided to give a pumpkin kick to donuts. When we make donuts at home, I prefer to bake them. It is a healthier and easier way to enjoy donuts. So this Pumpkin Donut Recipe is for baked donuts. The donuts have more of a cake like consistency and are full of pumpkin goodness.”
Best Pumpkin Bread:: I Love My Disorganized Life
“This is by far the best pumpkin bread recipeever. Super moist and full of flavor. 100% from scratch and super easy to make, you’ll want it year-round! It’s so good, you and your family will want to eat it hot out of the oven. I know we do.”
No Bake Pumpkin Pie:: Divas Run for Bling
“When I think of fall and pumpkins, the first thing I think of is pumpkin pie. I just LOVE pumpkin pie – so much so that my mom bakes me a pumpkin pie of my very own to bring home after Thanksgiving dinner. But, like many of my other favorite fall treats, pumpkin pie isn’t the healthiest option out there. … So I decided to come up with a healthier version of pumpkin pie that I can enjoy without as many calories, sugar and fat.”
