Trying to lose weight or change your eating habits can be a hard task, especially if it requires drastic change. I’m sharing my experience in my second week on the new Weight Watchers 360 program.

What I Learned This Week:
- Plan meals ahead.
- Pack breakfast, lunch, snacks the night before.
Things I did right:
- Tracked everything I ate.
- Got in 3 hours of exercise this week. (Really the only reason I lost any weight.)
Things I need to work on:
- Eating breakfast.
- Not planning meals ahead.
