Weight Watchers – Week 2

Trying to lose weight or change your eating habits can be a hard task, especially if it requires drastic change. I’m sharing my experience in my second week on the new Weight Watchers 360 program.

What I Learned This Week:

  • Plan meals ahead.
  • Pack breakfast, lunch, snacks the night before.

Things I did right:

  • Tracked everything I ate.
  • Got in 3 hours of exercise this week. (Really the only reason I lost any weight.)

Things I need to work on:

  • Eating breakfast.
  • Not planning meals ahead.

What did I lose this week:

0.2 pounds

My Stats:

Height: 5’6″
Size: 14
Health Condition: Diabetic
First Goal: Lose 10 pounds
Total Pounds lost:  0.2
