Artificial intelligence is here to stay, and it is everywhere, from YouTube to a search engine to an online casino. There is no other way but forward. Companies are racing to create the most advanced AI, so let us take a look at which of these have been the most innovative by far.

1. Pachama

This AI measures how much carbon forests capture in the atmosphere. Usually, this process is labor-intensive and can be wrong at some times. Pachama is changing all this.

Pachama uses machine learning to analyze data from satellite and lidar images. These are images of forests. Next, Pachama calculates the amount of carbon the forest is capturing. It has an accuracy of 90%. The company has also created a way to track annual trends in carbon capture efficiency.

So, why is this important? It is important because it tells people which projects are meaningful and which ones make a huge positive impact on the environment. If the action plan is not yielding excellent results, then environmentalists should plan a new scheme.

2. Logically

The internet is full of misinformation, and some people want to use AI to fight it. Logically is a company that uses a sophisticated AI to cross-reference information and fact-check it.

In 2020, the company released an app that people can use to fact-check information. The AI analyzes hundreds of thousands of data—from claims to reference materials—and then tells the user whether or not the information has veracity.

Logically works with the UK and Indian governments to identify where misinformation comes from. They also succeeded in working with the authorities to shut down a popular website about conspiracy theories.

3. LivePerson

LivePerson is an AI that specializes in natural language processing. It helps entrepreneurs save money and marketing and sales. It can talk to people who have sales inquiries. LivePerson is a conversational AI. It can talk to people and engage them in real time. As such, the consumer can talk to the robot instead of a real person.

How does it save on cost? Companies that use this machine no longer have to hire a lot of human beings to answer phone calls. A single AI can accommodate many callers, thus, saving the company a ton of money.

4. Wild AI

Wild AI is a fitness app where people can get knowledge and support from the app. It empowers women to perform at their best. It tracks data from wearables and then combines it with manual data, such as the user’s menstrual cycle. From this information, the app tells the person what fitness regime is best for her. The AI tells the woman how to understand her body and then supports her with proper fitness exercises.

5. Cattle Eye

Cattle Eye is a program that monitors dairy cows. There is a rising problem with raising cows because they emit methane. Cattle Eye employs deep learning video analytics. It provides evidence to farmers and shows them if they are working at a high level of efficiency when it comes to stock management. Cattle Eye monitors the cows, and then the AI analyzes the cow’s movements. It is a complete suite that is best for milk producers. To use Cattle Eye, one must install cameras in the field operations facility.

6. Haystack

Haystack finds companies that people would love working for. It is an app that matches a job finder with suitable companies. The AI uses a scoring system that will help people find a job match based on their values. The app displays a company’s culture, the tech stack of its employees and its engineering values. Job seekers can use the app to find companies that they may not have heard about or companies that they have not considered in the past.

7. Personalyze

This AI is award-winning, and the company is on a mission to help other entrepreneurs understand their customers better. Their technology uses both emotional and social intelligence. The algorithm determines a customer’s personality. The AI takes information from the person’s social media interactions and then makes an assessment. The result of this assessment is as accurate as a 60-minute psychometric evaluation. One of the products of this company is called TopicDNA. It does optimize the social media campaign of a company, making sure that the ad will only show to people who really may be interested in the product.

Artificial intelligence is headed towards general AI—a machine that can speak like a human, think like a human and perhaps even feel like a human. Once this happens, the world will shift, and then more and more people will have to move on and learn new skills.  AI helps us make decisions faster and better. It also allows us to eliminate mundane jobs. With these companies leading the way, we can expect to see more advanced machines become integrated into our society.
