Ever searched for an easy recipe for seasoned or roasted potatoes?  Here’s one that you can prep in less than 10 minutes and eat within 30 minutes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Super Easy Seasoned & Roasted Potatoes

You can have potatoes that are full of flavor in less than 30 minutes with this 3-step easy recipe.

Step 1: Cut

Recipe:  Super Easy Seasoned & Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 large baking potatoes (or equivalent of small  red, Yukon, or white potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-3 tbsp McCormick® Montreal Steak Seasoning (season to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Morton’s Coarse Kosher Salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Wash potatoes well. Get out your cutting board.
  3. Cut potatoes with a sharp kitchen knife into 3/4″ pieces, leaving skin on.
  4. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  5. Place potatoes into a bowl and lightly cover with oil.
  6. Toss potatoes with large spoon to coat with oil and place onto baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle heavily with steak seasoning.
  8. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on desired tenderness and color.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Total Time: 40-50 minutes

    I’d like to know what that spice tastes like. Is it HOT spicy… or very peppery? I can’t eat too much hot or too much pepper. Any description of flavor would be great thanks!

      Here is the ingredient list from the McCormick site:

      COARSE SALT, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER, AND RED PEPPER), GARLIC, SUNFLOWER OIL, NATURAL FLAVOR, AND EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA.
