Super Easy Seasoned & Roasted Potatoes
You can have potatoes that are full of flavor in less than 30 minutes with this 3-step easy recipe.

Recipe: Super Easy Seasoned & Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes (or equivalent of small red, Yukon, or white potatoes)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1-3 tbsp McCormick® Montreal Steak Seasoning (season to taste)
- 1 tbsp Morton’s Coarse Kosher Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash potatoes well. Get out your cutting board.
- Cut potatoes with a sharp kitchen knife into 3/4″ pieces, leaving skin on.
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Place potatoes into a bowl and lightly cover with oil.
- Toss potatoes with large spoon to coat with oil and place onto baking sheet.
- Sprinkle heavily with steak seasoning.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on desired tenderness and color.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Total Time: 40-50 minutes
