Nearly 15 years ago, I visited Copeland’s of New Orleans restaurant in an Atlanta suburb on a girls trip. We had their artichoke & spinach dip, which was “topped with Monterey Jack and served with…unique fried bow tie pasta.”

Copeland’s was founded in 1983 by the late Al Copeland, the renowned restaurateur who founded Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken.

I thought these might taste really good with pasta sauce. So, when I had the chance to review Bertolli® Riserva Asiago Cheese & Artichokes Sauce, I knew this was the perfect sauce to pair my fried pasta with. Picture this – a special combination of sharp Asiago and tender artichokes that create a perfectly cheesy, mouth-watering sauce. Add in cheesy, fried pasta and you’ll be in heaven.

Life is chaotic. Sometimes you have to stop, smell the roses, and celebrate little victories in everyday life. A simple, but flavorful meal, is a great reason to gather your family around the table.
