Menu Plan Monday: Week of August 1

Menu planning is one of the best ways to save time and money on grocery shopping and meal preparation each week. Not convinced? Read my post on Why You Need a Meal Plan Even if You Think You Don’t.

My week starts on Sunday, but I link these posts with Org Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday

Sunday – steaks, loaded baked potatoes, and salad

Monday – Honey Ginger Salmon, rice, broccoli

Tuesday – Turkey Burgers, fresh vegetables

Wednesday – build your own sandwiches, salad

Thursday – mini pizzas, salad

Friday -  breakfast for dinner

Saturday – Neat Sloppy Joes, french fries, salad

Great to see I can create some variety, even with a $60 grocery budget!
