Well, it’s Sunday…
- my crockpot is cooking a whole chicken seasoned with McCormick rotisserie seasoning; and
- I’ve browned 3 meals’ worth of ground beef (See Life As Mom’s Tips for Buying & Using Ground Beef) in my refrigerator.
This week’s meals will likely include:
Tacos with Beef and Pintos (from the freezer)
…and all I spent was 30 minutes in the kitchen to get all this started.
