Bulk Cooking for Busy Moms

Bulk cooking is a great way for busy moms to get a head start on the week’s meals.  You can use chicken, beef, or pork.

Well,  it’s Sunday…

  • my crockpot is cooking a whole chicken seasoned with McCormick rotisserie seasoning;  and
  • I’ve browned 3 meals’  worth of ground beef in my refrigerator.  Read how I did it in my post Bulk Cooking: How to Cook Ground Beef.

This week’s meals will likely include:

First Night:  Rotisserie chicken

Second Night:  Use leftover Rotisserie chicken to make Buffalo Chicken Salad

Third Night:  Use leftover Rotisserie chicken to make Smoked Chicken Salad

Tacos with Cooked Ground Beef and Pintos (from the freezer)

Rotini Bake

Sloppy Joes

…and all I spent was 30 minutes in the kitchen to get all this started.

Thanks to Life as MomGood Cheap Eats,  and AllRecipes for the great recipes.
